HEART CHAKRA (ANAHATA)
The path to enlightenment is a long and not at all simple path but there are plenty of smaller acts to achieve this bit by bit. One is being aware of the seven main chakras you have and learning how to activate and align them. So far we have tackled three main chakras, namely; The Root Chakra (Muladhara), the Sacral Chakra and then there is the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura). Now let us proceed with the next chakra just located above the Solar Plexus Chakra, it is most commonly known as the Heart chakra and in Buddhists term, they call it the Anahata.
The Anahata or the Heart chakra, the colour associated with this chakra is the colour of green which often represents tranquility, good luck, health. These traits are conveniently at par with what the Heart chakra's energy longs to improve which is love, compassion and acceptance. This chakra solely deals with an individual's unconditional love and emotional power. At its core, this fourth chakra is emotional and it propels us to enhance our emotional development. The heart embodies a gentle wisdom that teaches us the ways of love and compassion, much like how the heart is conventionally depicted. Soft yet compelling and somewhat emotional. It is the source of deep and profound truths that cannot be expressed in words. Anahata or the heart chakra serves as a bridge between the lower and upper chakras integrating the manifestation of all seven chakras that are supposed to be aligned and in harmony with each other.
There are plenty of symptoms that classify as it being a cause of the Heart chakra being blocked, this includes dwelling and lamenting over past relationships, since the heart is a classic sign of love, this symptom comes off as something obvious. Another one is holding grudges over people and things. Grudges are dangerous, it does more harm to yourself than the person you hold it against to. Shyness is also one of the things caused by an inactivated or unbalanced Heart chakra. The list goes on and on and it all has something to or in effect to relationship building. Blocked Heart chakras can even cause trust issues and commitment issues so opening it up might just be the help you need towards opening up your heart into being a part of a committed and sincere relationship. Other than emotional symptoms, one can see a blocked Heart chakra even in the physical context, A lowered immune system, heart and lung issues, poor circulation, high/low blood pressure, and respiratory or breathing difficulties are all symptoms of Anahata chakra imbalance.
Unblocking or opening up your Heart chakra is similar to the old and run down phrase "Open up your heart" because this chakra is in the center of your chest. It comes as no surprise that the heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion. Being able to do this is an ultimate symptom of your Heart chakra opening up. There are various ways to do so, you can use the most effective way like meditating like how the Buddhist does, some massage techniques you can do on your own or you can also do it with a help of gems and crystals like the Emerald, like the heart chakra, Emerald is believed to be the purest form of green energy, Emerald is a classic option for opening and healing the heart chakra, they are complementary and very much alike. Other crystals can also greatly help in healing emotional traumas and once these traumas are accepted and let go of, then you can unblock your Heart chakra, follow it up with aligning the rest of your seven main chakras and you're halfway into reaching Nirvana, the ultimate form of bliss enlightenment brings.
